Roofing Repairs - Many times, a tab or piece of shingle blows off your roof. Vent-pipes covers can crack and begin to leak. These types of things do not mean that you need a brand new roof. A small repair here and there can often add several years to the life of your roof.

Re-Roofing - Zimmermans Construction will tear off and remove slate, cedar-shakes, metal, asphalt, rubber and rolled roofing. We use the Equipter Roofer’s Buggy wherever possible to protect your lawn and expensive landscaping. ZC will completely clean up and dispose of all removed material. Our goal is to leave the property looking exactly the same as when we arrived.

Underlayment - We use only heavyweight (30 lb.) felt paper, or a high-quality synthetic underlayment. Ice and Water-shield is applied on all bottom-edges and gable-ends. Applying the Ice and Water-shield helps better seal the gable-ends and protects against ice-dams above the gutters.

The New Roof - We will install and warranty a copper, asphalt, cedar, rubber, slate or steel roof. A five-year workmanship warranty is standard on all GAF-Elk shingles, 7/8" cedar shakes, metal, and rubber roofs. A 10-year workmanship warranty option is available. This warranty means that if your roof leaks because of our mistake within five years, we will correct it free of charge.
