Owner and founder Donovan Zimmerman, started Zimmerman's Construction in the year 2000. He now has 5 employees with a full-time crew in the field and in the office. All of our employees are fully insured, friendly, and well trained, with all the training done in house by Donovan and our other highly experienced workers. We here at Zimmerman's Construction strive to provide superior service for all your exterior needs. We service Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, York and other surrounding counties. We practice preventative maintenance
on all the roofs we install or replace, to ensure that your roof is safe and leak-proof for years to come. This includes having a representative come out up to twice a year to check on your roof and address any underlying issues. Donovan and the crew have many years
of experience in roof installation and repair ranging from metal and standing seam, to cedar shake, rubber, and asphalt roofing. Our team of experienced technicians can repair roof leaks, emergency roof damage, hail damage, blown-off shingles, worn or insufficient insulation, and even problems with roof underlayment.
