Why Shingles?

Asphalt shingles with the architectural design allow for thicker coverage, a more dynamic look, and more secure nailing. With a lifetime warranty on most all brands and styles we install, shingles are the most cost-efficient roofing solution we offer! We've been installing GAF, Certainteed, and Tamko shingles for over 20 years.

Why SS Metal?

When installed and maintained correctly, standing seam metal can be one of the longest lasting roofing solutions and, on top of that, can be recycled when its roof life comes to an end. The technology of standing seam metal makes it virtually leak-proof and, with a manufacturer warranty of 40 years, it is a tough option to beat.

Why Rubber?

If you have a flat roof (3/12 pitch or less) rubber is likely the best option. What you may sacrifice in looks, you will gain in better waterproofing. Rubber is installed on top of a layer of insulation board, using industrial rubber sealant glue. All joints and edges in the rubber are taped using primer and rubber adhesive tape.

Why ABM Metal?

ABM panel metal is common on barns, sheds, and warehouses but can be used on residential roofs as well. ABM Panels give a unique farm/industrial look to any roof but the screws used to fasten the roof down are prone to leaking. Screws on ABM Panel roofs often need replaced after a number of years, depending on the pitch and age of the roof they are installed on.

Cedar Shakes

Why Cedar?

A cedar shake roof provides a look like no other and many of our cedar customers choose it for just that reason. When installed, cedar shakes need sufficient airflow to fully dry out after they get wet. To prevent any rot, we install cedar using Cedar Breather when on plywood, or we install lathe, which is the traditional method of installation.
